[The word out here is that the engineering group at Ebay wants to do things their way. That is their business.] Correct! Ebay management is responsible for the company's performance. They should have insured that a proper back-up system was in place. If I were in the OR room waiting for surgery and the lights went out, I wouldn't write a nasty letter to the city's electric company. Instead, I'd yell at the hospital's administrators. They are responsible for the hospital's back-up system. Mephisto
