On current O/S. I spoke to Clint Cantwell (Rubenstein) yesterday and Tony Cataldo. Clint is NOT up-to-date on share info. The audit on EINI is not quite complete so they can't give final numbers but they have provide basic guidance which concerned me BUT not profoundly. After reading the old forms filed with the Canadians it was clear that with G&G the sharecount could run up to 200 million or so. Then they've made several movies (SJ, After Sex) for which shares were undoubtedly part of some actors payments. MVEE oustanding shares is approximately 250 million. A little higher than I expected but NOT profoundly so. EINI is between 20 and 25 million after LOC provided by Hadid's company for $5.5 million by which Hadid gained control of the company. Total OS after the merger will be 45 million (I think that's an upper limit). With current stated earnings the company will make AT LEAST several million this year and next. Next (with US2 and After Sex and Speedway Junkie) could easily be $10-20 million. With those earnings, stock price would be $5.00 or more given a PE of 20. THOSE are the numbers I am looking for. I do believe the above listed numbers generally accurate and consistent with the PR which stated that with the price of EINI at 0.843 the market cap was $36 million (meaning the OS is about 42 million). Look for more good news in the future. Nevertheless, the stock price SUCKS today. later and long on MVEE, leroyt
