Not the most bullish report IMO, but appreciate the post. I note they stay a mile away from NTOP's valuation. What does it do to their valuation if NTOP were to drop under $5?

This I believe is the simple answer to the price discrepancy many feel exist on these backdoor IPO's. I don't believe the street will build in any significant percentage of their internet spinoffs value until there's some sign they are worth anything...ie they make money, or there is a light at the end of the tunnel somewhere. Many of these internet stocks will likely never make money. The street is figuring this out slowly and prices are dropping accordingly. This should continue...trading ranges should continue to show lower highs and lower lows IMO. Perhaps as much as another 50% shave on the blue chip internets, and many of the smaller will likely go to 0 (zero).

NTOP will be the subject of competition from many big pocket giants...more severe competition than any other aspect of the internet that I can think of.

That's about the smarmiest piece of fishwrap I have come across in a while.

These are the guys you said were pounding the table on IDTC pre-spinoff. Jeesh...

Thank goodness they don't get paid to pick stocks.

BTW, thanks for posting the note. Your fidelity to IDT is not-of-this-earth.
