Looks like that news got leaked this afternoon

Well, the top 5 Amzn's institutions were published here for quite a while yahoo.marketguide.com and says Janus owns 8+M Amzn shares since 3/99. (should be an old news)

p.s. DB owned 22M Amzn shares(as of 12/98, as of previous reporting); now DB owns Zero or less than 1.3M shares coz it is no longer in the top 5s.

>JANUS CAPITAL CORP. REVEALS 10.1% STAKE IN AMAZON.COM IN SEC FILING.

Looks like that news got leaked this afternoon, quite a while before that 3:55 print time.

KIS,

You must live in constant fear there is a conspiracy against you. Read your posts some at times. Nothing is as it appears. It is always a leak, manipulation, etc.

Glenn

Leaked? Please, why do you have to make everything out to be a conspiracy to screw the investor? There are more ways to find out about a SEC filing then through a Reuters headline.

Oh, here's another reason according to briefing.com

14:54 ET Market Action : Market rally sparked by dovish comments
by Fed Governor Gramlich, who is suggesting that market making
too much of low unemployment rate and its inflationary effects...
Dow -57, Nasdaq -35, S&P 500 -16.
