Issuing new shares is dilution of the existing stock.

Stephen, Your use of the term "dilution" is not accurate. If a stock is worth $1.00 per share and you issue new shares to acquire an asset worth $2.00 per share then it is NOT dilution. LegalBeast has a better understanding of this term.

I have coroborated my understanding of the total shares with Tony Cataldo of MVEE as per my pervious post.

Currently:
EINI -- approximately 22 million shares
MVEE -- approximately 250 million shares

Combined company will have something approaching 45 million shares.

The PR states that the market cap is $36 million for the combined company based upon a share price of EINI = 0.843. These numbers are consistent.

Clint Cantwell does NOT have accurate numbers.

Earnings in the next year could easily be 0.20-0.25 per share of the combined entity. JMHO.
