AAPL Fans: You've got to be impressed with the way that the stock has held up over the blood-letting in the NASDAQ this last two weeks. Today (early on), the stock is up nearly a full three points on no news. Of course, we can all suspect there will be news of 200k pre-ordered iBooks, including my younger sister, soon to be a freshman at UC Santa Cruz. (yes -- tangerine...) We can also anticipate some sort of handheld, G4s and a brand-new iMac. Drool... Looking for 70s and up?

<<eOne... --The box covers both forward looking (USB, Firewire or SCSI through PCMCIA, Cable modem through 10 baseT) technology, as well as, legacy technology (Parallel, serial, floppy drive). It has composite video/audio in, --phone-wire-through the jack networking (to share a printer etc), a midi game port. --contrary to some opinions, it's not bad looking and has the iMac's benefit of small footprint and lugability. The screen is a tad bigger and very clean. --even works as a CD player when the box is powered down. Kids are gonna love these things. Just plug there game machines right into the composite video etc.>> Where can I get one!? I've got pent-up demand for a new Mac (still using IIsi at home). However, this does look enticing. Now Bugs Bunny needs to whisper in Steve Job's ear "If someone were to tweak my little, pink, tomato nose, I'd....." -Bill_H
