Hi, Zeev,

I saw your comment about VLNC already being technically weak, so I finally get a chance to ask a "technical" question that has been puzzling me for some time.

The two accumulation/distribution indicators I follow indicate mild accumulation. IBD has been giving it a "B" rating for some time now, even through the recent price decline and the rise of the total short position over the past few months. Likewise, my TC2000 chart indicates accumulation through this period, except that very recently it has fallen to roughly neutral -- about a "C" in the IBD system.

Do you see similar indications of accumulation? How does such accumulation fit into your technical analysis? What conditions would explain mild accumulation when the price has been falling?

Thanks in advance for a little lesson in the technicals.

Regards, lws
