Frederic, Yes! Radiological weapons do no more than spread long-lived deadly isotopes around- they are spread by a simple routine explosive device. The Chechnyans effort to do it to the Russian in Ismailovsky Park is just the first effort at this- we'll see more of this type of terrorism I bet...

No one wants terrorists to get hold of nuclear weapons. if they are traced back to your country, then you will face certain nuclear retaliation....
