Two reason: equity financing done this year at 0.04-0.06 and MOSTLY there were many more shares in the Alexander, Wescott deal than he had been lead to believe.

Overall, look at track record of TC since he took over the company. LOTS of solid #'s and accomplishments. JMHO and ....

P.S. I just want the ACCURATE cards on the table. We can go from there. BB stocks rarely (in my experience) has up-to-date information.
