I will be satisfied with Due Disclosure. That includes coming clean on the various deals that have enlarged the number of shares outstanding by more than 300 million in the last year. Revealing just who it was that got those 100M shares just before the latest run up and sell off. Who are the principals of Limbaldi Holdings that have just apparently sold Teachdaq to PABN/PRWT? How many shares were tendered to accomplish this. Just what the actual contractual relationship is between PABN/PRWT and Gold Country. Between PABN/PRWT and Tonked. PABN/PRWT and Webwyz? What happened to PanAmerican Interactive? NHLT? NRPI? RMC? Getting disclosure to these questions out of PABN/PRWT would not just be surprising, pleasantly surprising, but unfortunately highly uncharacteristic given their year plus of evasion.
