It is to everybody's benefit that they come clean by answering these questions fully. Several of their key employees have had experience at less than reputable organizations. Full, and complete disclosure would serve to dispel concerns that there may be ties to organized crime for instance. To eliminate the idea that any of these deals were less than totally on the up and up. A company with nothing to hide would surely benefit from such candor. That they have cultivated a reputation for evasion, only serves to fuel speculation that they may be doing something illegal. Something not at all in the best interests of the public shareholders.
