Zorro, last time I looked, all of the the MMDS companies, post-bankruptcy, were being bought out at premium prices.

I thought the same would happen for NCNX, the former WIRL. In fact, I believe they actually allowed their former shareholders to buy a few shares of the new company, unlike CAWS. Why hasn't NCNX already been bought?

Sometimes a company issues new shares to meet (anticipated) demand. Could this possibly be the case here?

I noticed that despite a lot of insider selling, Wayland Investment Fund bought 275,000 shares at $30.25 in June.
