Jan, just the hint that S3 may have to sweeten the deal or another suitor will send Dimd above .52. It's not public knowledge that S3 and Dimd have a verbal agreement of $9 per share. As you know I converted all my S3 into Dimd, felt then as now it offers much better opportunity.
