charred, While the salaries are not at the low end for a company the size of Crystallex, I don't think they can be called outrageous. Look at Bema Gold for example, where the President was one of the highest paid mining executives in the world. As for bonuses, I see a $10K bonus for Dr. Sadek El-Alfy in 1998. What is your point? Do you really have one, or more likely, is this just more empty bashing? As for Stay Management, the deals were structured (as I understand them) for the benefit of shareholders of Crystallex. I can't see what conflict of interest you are trying to invent here. Perhaps it is your lack of knowledge of how business is conducted when there is a myriad of holding companies involved? But of course, you prefer to interpret everything in the most negative way possible, irregardless if it makes sense or not. What conflict do you see exactly? Spell it out and see if we can see it too. Crystallex has generated $4.2mm CDN of operating cash flow for the first quarter of 1999. But of course, you prefer to mislead readers and try to make people think that Crystallex only $1.4mm CDN from which to make debt payments. Another good example of how twist and dodge and pray that no one will catch you in the act. Well you got caught, AGAIN and again and again. Crystallex has several courses of action to repay the debt AT THE OPTION OF CRYSTALLEX. Tell us what part of this paragraph you don't understand. Again, you bring up lawyer fees without considering the options that a company has to approach a court case. Stop trying to make up amounts that Crystallex may or may not have to fork over. Let's just see exactly how much it really is, and then you can jump up and down like a clown! You see, everything you wrote in your last post is an example of someone who desperately wants to bash a company and can't really back up ANY of the accusations. Because, what you post are accusations, unsubstantiated ones. I am sure you will keep dodging and will try to invent yet more false stuff to support your theories. You sure have lots of time to bash, yet have so little time to do any real research. Try reading the annual report of Crystallex for a start. Call up the company and I am sure they will try and help you. Nice try charred, but no candy. You failed, again. If you tried to take out the hostility in your posts and stick to facts, then perhaps it might be possible to discuss the pros and cons of Crystallex.
