Did he happen to mention why he has promised financials for the last year and hasn't produced any? Or why he told the last visitors that were so impressed with him that they had filed in 50 states when they hadn't? Or other valid questions asked over and over again but not answered except by evasion? Sorry, I am not a basher, but I am totally unimpressed by HevyTraders pathetic report. John's a nice guy and he's in control. Wow. Know of any good mining companies?

Thank you for sharing that Observer.

My impression is that he is in total control and is making great strides in accomplishing those goals. I feel that from this point on all reasonable shareholder concerns will be addressed in a timely manner and PABN will not be so passive in responding.

The man has been evading for a year. He is in total control? Belize is a disaster when judged by his initial claims and their verifiable results to date. The $1 million a month in revenue isn't any where to be seen. It took him 9 months to figure out that the RMC deal wouldn't work. The videophones which had uses only "limited by imagination" have disappeared from the company menu. (R.I.P Merv, R.I.P. videophones.)

He doesn't want to give yes or no answers? Is he in command or not? It looks like yet another evasion and delay in answering. There is not one single substantive issue that was answered in this ballyhooed meeting.

The best way to keep shareholders informed? Answering Heavy's email? Huh? Whatever happened to taking responsibility and just filing the audited Form 10 like all the other companies that are listed on the NASDAQ? After all isn't that where he wants to get this company? Wouldn't acting like all of those companies that are listed there be kind of good practice for that day, as improbable as it seems, when PABN/PRWT actually makes it there?

We spent close to 4 hours getting to know each other and the issues of the company.

wow... 4 hours of playing feely touchy and more arm waving maneuvers. This is quite a remarkable talent, indeed. Perhaps an investor's packet should be prepared for the next shareholder who may have a meeting with the CEO. It would seem that if a shareholder is actually going to secure information on PABN/PRWT, he/she should bring a bright light and a pack of Marlboro's. Oh, a cattle prod might be useful, too.
