Well actually JeffO, I was referring to an issue of personal integrity that was fleshed out on the Yahoo boards.:

Fron the SNTKY proxy statement last year:
ANTHONY JOSEPH CATALDO was appointed a Director in August 1996. He received a BA from Ohio State University and a Masters Degree in Economics from Georgia Technical Institute. During the 20 years prior to joining Senetek, Mr Cataldo focused on the financing and management of emerging companies, particularly in the technology and medical sectors. As Chairman and CEO of Management Technologies, Inc., he was instrumental in raising over $50 million from 1990-1995 where revenues increased from $300,000 to over $20 million. As financial consultant, he was associated with successful funding arrangements for Palomar Medical Technologies Inc.

I am an ex MTCI shareholder (TC was Chairman and CEO) and lost a lot of money believing TC. I was so mad that I even had TC researched. This is what I found. There is no trace of a Anthony Cataldo at Ohio State - did he tell you he was a famous basketball player there?TC does not have a business degree. Did he tell you he did?

I have just read the 1998 proxy statement TC background makes interesting reading.
Degree from Ohio State....No
Masters from Georgia...No

. . . I checked into Mr. Cataldo's claims:

I phoned OSU's Registrar (614-292-8500, ask for Verifications Dept)) on 17 Sep, and they reported no record of him.

I phoned Tech's Registrar (404-894-4150) on 18 Sep, and they reported no record of him.

As I have posted before.Months ago I hired an investigator and with this I received his S.S.# among other things. I called the university's and with his S.S.# they had NO RECORD OF HIM EVER ATTENDING!!!!

I fully acknowledge that I for one, was too willing to accept much of what Tony Cataldo said, even though there were clear signs that he was not shooting straight. Once in a postion, either long or short, objectivity suffers, and I've noticed that I will filter out information that is contra to my position. This has certainly been costly to me on SNTKY.

JeffO, You will find that jhild has no intention of even acknowledging that TC did a good job and accomplished a great deal while at SNTKY.

<<<<< I was referring to an issue of personal integrity >>>>> jhild will go to great lengths to avoid your post as irrelevant. jhild does not care what made the price of SNTKY decline. Instead, he copies posters from Yahoo that lost money on SNTKY and seem to blame TC's education (infer integrety here) for the decline. He does not care what Viagra has to do with SNTKY and says that it has nothing to do with SNTKY, but only with personal integrety. His agenda is to discredit TC in this venue. He will never copy a post from anyone who had anything good to say about TC and he will never admit that TC actually did a good job while at SNTKY. Those points are "not at issue".
