Try to find out more about the rate of liquidation.

some lock ups only allow you to sell a portion of
your holdings at any given time, while others have
no limitations whatsoever. I think that issue will
come into play as the 19th approaches.

we can also expect to see some hyped up press coming
out of WEBT as they attempt to get the price up higher
before the locked up shares are able to be dumped.

Considering that 70% of this years IPO's are trading
below their offerring price, there is a great incentive
for overloaded lockup shareholders to dump at least a
portion of their holdings as soon as they are allowed.
