Here is some important information From Clay Chase of Majestic via IR. The following is taken from webpage.

Clayton Chase – Vice President Investor Relations. Mr. Clayton Chase has nearly 10 years experience in representing and raising capital for both public and private companies. He passed the NASD Series 7 registered representative exam in 1987. Concurrently, he has headed the Arete' Design Group, a company that designs and markets audio accessories. He was responsible for the identification and certification of a maquiladora manufacturer in Tecate, Mexico, which mass produced these audio accessories. Mr. Chase graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Engineering Design and Economic Evaluation

Now to the good stuff from Clay Chase.

There are 40000 new school buses built each year. If Majestic were to conservatively get just 15% of these new buses to include the Safe T Bar it would mean big dollars. With 22 bars on each bus at 170 dollars a pop = 13200 bars = 22.5 million dollars in revenue at a 30% margin = .27 earnings per share.

This is excluding revenue from Majestics other 2 division which are building modular class rooms and leasing. It also does not include any sales on used buses which would be considered an aftermarket sale. Just the used buses alone is an enormous market.

If you were to very conservatively suggest a PE Ratio of 5 we would be looking at a minimum of 1.35 per share.

This stock can be bought at around 45 cents right. IMO this is a steal and won t be there for long. This is protection for our kids where there is never enough safety and no price tag you can put on it.
