we're talking about the restricted shares now yes, insiders holding are now at 50%, down from the 70% mark they were before that selling you describe, however those shares have already been absorbed by the market. I was now concerned with the threat of further dilution; which we won't have to worry about simply because we'll have seen the SEC filings these 3 guys will have to file as notice, before worrying about any float increase. Typically in other stocks where smaller portions of restricted shares are sold such that no filing is required, are a situation where the dilution risk is real. This is simply not the case here.
