WEBT would certainly make a good acquisition candidate. They appear to dominate their niche and they are profitable. It all depends on the mind set of Shapira and Boyd. If I were them, I would want to hedge my bet. If they were acquired by someone on the order of a Cisco, they would be receiving a relatively stable currency and some significant potential upside.
