Can anyone comment on whether or not the players behind Jordex are holding or still buying more? Very interesting last couple of days - Thomson Kernaghan has bought 127,000 in the last couple of days. What makes this very interesting is that Thomson Kernaghan has not bought or sold this stock at all in the last year (total buy/sells in the last year equal 30,000 with a net position of +5,000). Why now??? Friend of the company using a different account??? The company that they are doing the deal with leaked some information to friends?? Anyones guess According to the latest inside report for Carlson Online the insiders have not sold a single share in the last 10 months. The insiders stopped buying shares through formal channels 3 months ago. They had to stop buying shares because they are in talks with companies and buying shares right now could be looked on as insider trading. Presently the insiders hold just over 6 million shares that were purchased at price from .45-.70. In other words the insiders don't hold cheap shares like is seen in most other companies. In addition they have several million options that are mostly out of the money. One friendly hand that can be traced is the Haywood Securities. John Tognetti's from Haywood Securities is one of Carlo Civelli old buddies and has been involved with many of Mr. Civelli's big U.S promotions (e.g Intl Cablecasting and Novadigm). They was several crosses performed at Haywook at the low's 11/03/98 - 172,000 at .48 11/03/98 - 280,000 at .47 11/03/98 - 179,000 at .50 12/07/98 - 208,500 at .49 12/07/98 - 478,500 at .50 In addition to these cross, Haywood is net around 2.5 million shares in the last year. I assume that the crosses at Haywood were from large clients that wanted out of JDX because nothing was going on and they didn't know that JDX was switching direction. This would mean that Haywood would be net approximately 3-4 million shares. The good news....in the last month Haywood as not sold or bought a single share. In the last 3 months Haywood Securities bought 73,000 shares and sold 13,000 for a net purchase of 60,000. In other words, one of the biggest "friends" of JDX is sitting on the sidelines with a huge number of shares waiting for the game to begin. If JDX was going to dive from here I am fairly sure that Haywood would have start bailing The other big players seem to be Versus and Yorkton. Versus was accumulating at the bottom at did a cross on 8/18/98 - of 478,500 at .34. In the last couple of month Versus has not been a player and is net 20,000 shares. Another one on the sidelines. Yorkton is more of a puzzle. Yorkton was accumulating shares at the lows and did a couple of big crosses 10/26/98 - 670,000 at .44 11/04/98 - 509,980 at .50 In addition, they did a big cross of 225,500 on July 19,99 According to my numbers were net around 1.5-2 million as of July 19/99 month. Since that cross they have sold net around 350,000 (bought 130,000). I'm not sure what to read into this. Could be them holding the price down, profit taking, or another client that is not associated with the friendly hands at Yorkton. Jim at JDX said he didn't have a clue who was doing the buying and selling at Yorkton. The selling seems fairly controlled with no market sells so I am not to worried. Other interesting buying has come from DS in the last few months. The were a seller at the highs (.90-1.12) but have now bough 140,000 shares in a couple of nice chunks in the last couple of months. That I like to see. The biggest sell continues to be Georgia Pacific...they have been on the sell for over a year now and appear to have sold over 1 million shares with more than 400,000 in the last few months. I can only guess who this is but since they were selling shares in the .40's I know it is not someone with inside knowledge about the company or they wouldn't have sold at those levels. It could still be the Midas funds selling off but I would think they would be out of shares by now. I don't know what to read into this one. And that about raps it up. Best Regards KEITH
