Today is the kind of day that is important, technically. Gold bullion was up $US1.50, the XAU Index ended up down 1.51 points. Yesterday the ratio on my site showed gold stocks at 103% of "fair market value", but today's shift put us at 99%. It is important for the stocks to take a rest, and let bullion build support at $US260.
I would rather rally off a firm foundation than take a precarious leap into the unknown !
