jhg: IMO, the 'next leak' from DELL will be a GREAT earnings report (with positive forward guidance and some exciting descriptions about how their internet initiatives will pay off BIG TIME). Mark my words, DELL is an E-Commerce powerhouse in disguise <G>..!!

Best Regards,

Scott

>>Frank this is a new guy at Merrill apparently. He knows everyone watches Dell
earnings avidly. He knows he will have a big audience. He remembers that Niles
became a hero overnight. So he times his first statement so he can grab the spotlight
and call attention to himself. Let's hope he is wrong and not the recipient of a leak.
Keep blowing off steam. I agree with you 1000% I agree with you about Greenspan,
too. He went way too far this last time. Someone should shoot him--but with a
squirt gun. Cool him off. Moon the sumbitch.

Merrill Lynch carries much weight and whether someone is trying to make a name for himself or not the brokerage firm has much clout. Yes indeed I too hope that the guy does not have any inside info as that would be a real bummer. I am disapointed with the comments made today about the Pc industry just a few days before Dell reports.

About Greenspan. I wish him a healthy long life but he really has a way of making the market hang on his every word and knows how to put fear into everyone. It is way overdone and uncalled for.

Best Regards
frank
