It has been fairly well established that there was a miscommunication and misunderstanding last April concerning the difference between preparing an application, filing that application and having that application approved. A miscommunication that was quite apparently fostered by PABN/PRWT management and left egregiously uncorrected until a clarification was forced upon them. Just one of those convenient misunderstandings that made it look like PABN/PRWT had done more than they really had. Let us not forget Charlie's claim that the applications were already prepared and ready to be sent off the beginning of March. (See: #reply-8165505). Or the claims last September that the applications were awaiting the new year so as not to have to pay for a full year's licensing and only receive a partial year's benefit. Or the fact that the shareholders were told by not one but several sources at PABN/PRWT that they had been approved in all 50 states. No, this could not be quite the innocent slip up that you would attempt to portray. As to their so called "vanilla" responses to HeVy, they look to me to be wholly consistent with DUE DISCLOSURE PABN/PRWT style.
