Ken,
GTE is doing this right now. As a matter of fact, I'm paying them for:
1. Cable Television Service.
2. Cable Modem Access
3. Local Phone Service (twisted copper pair).

IF they offered me cell phone service and TRUE long distance service in a complete package, I'm sure I would take advantage of it. So that could potentially be 4 and 5 above.

I have about 90 channels of content to watch on Americast(most pretty useless<G>). And I send them a check every month so I'm assuming they must be receiving it.

I understand billing voice over cable is a different issue, but it's not going to be what will stop this many multi-billion dollar rollout from happening across the US.
