The firm of Hoffski & Pisano has extensive SEC related audit experience and has engaged the services of a reputable CPA firm and legal firm in China to aid in the audit process. Hi Mr. Gruenbaum, It's been almost two years since you indicated the following: "So in final, we are going to ask for a 30 day extension to file. We are planning to meet the deadline. We are not planning to be listed on the "pink sheets" if we can avoid it, not even for a short period of time." Are you and Mr.Pisano still putting on the finishing touches?
