It is a great pleasure to read your responses on this forum. This is most timely for me as I was about to sell and let my Beacon losses be a significant tax break for 1999. At this point I am influenced to continue holding for profits in the succeeding years.

Additionally, Beacon Light has announced it has signed an
agreement with the Certified Public Accounting firm of Hoffski &
Pisano to complete the company's audit for the years ended June 30,
1998 and 1997 including the related statements of operations,
stockholders' equity, and cash flows for the same years ended. The
firm of Hoffski & Pisano has extensive SEC related audit experience
and has engaged the services of a reputable CPA firm and legal firm in
China to aid in the audit process.

Hi Mr. Gruenbaum, It's been almost two years since you indicated the following:

"So in final, we are going to ask for a 30 day extension to file. We are planning to meet the deadline. We are not planning to be listed on the "pink sheets" if we can avoid it, not even for a short period of time."

Are you and Mr.Pisano still putting on the finishing touches?

BTW, if you can think of anything you've said in a PR or post that actually came to fruition, would you please let me know.
