Hi Manny,

Since you are about to contact Tom about Richard Giannbruno, could you please also ask him about 1,550,000 S-8 shares issued to various consultants back in May 99. Were these shares restricted or free-trading? Also, if any of these 7 consultants who received these shares want to sell the stocks, do they have to file form 4 or form 144 with the SEC?

Another question to Tom is how many shares were successfully removed from the street? The official floating shares were 6 Millions, how many shares were registered and removed from CEDE?
