Leroy: The last financial statements on Sedar.com were posted on April 1, 1999 for the three month period ending January 1999. They then stated the outstanding shares as around 109 million. The increase in shares to 250 million, therefore, occurred sometime earlier this year. Whether that overlapped or preceded Mr. Cataldo's tenure is unknown. The company previously reported, through its Investor Relations Department, that the company supported itself on the several million dollars in pre-sales earned at Cannes. Therefore, it was said, the company did not require additional financing or share increase. Lots of details to be filled in. Steve
