I agree. Someone needs to answer the question: WHEN?

I can understand the plan was to file by the end of July, TC joined the company with the audit mid-way, the audit is complete now (I believe) and then the merger with EINI throws off the timing.

That's fine: but let's make it happen quickly!

Finally, I don't know if a shareholders meeting is required for non-reporting BB companies as long as they've got the votes of the majority of shareholders.

Since EINI will be the surviving entity (I believe that was how it was phrased), and they will be changing their symbol to MVEE, we should have fully reporting status by EINI's old deadline of November 1st.

And so it appears that we shall have no financial reports any time soon

What about the documents on SEDAR? I thought those were MVEE's quarterly and audited annual financials.

Obviously, this merger cannot be accomplished without a shareholder vote and that cannot happen without a shareholder meeting. Does anyone know when the meeting is to take place?

Maybe that is part of the subject of the conference call.
