It seems that when Son decides to focus on any area He does so with a vengence. Now it looks like personnel recruiting, but I suspect that has always been his focus. Even His method of buying in to companies in a minority position manages to gather up an executive team and leave them with autonomy and financial incentives. Affiliation with Softbank may be a bigger plus for these Internet Companies than having Microsoft backing in Software.
