Thanks Don. I was a little confused, but you cleared it all up. You took a complicated subject and made it appear simple and obvious. That is the mark of a true Master.

Donald, I guess the Dow didn't go down enough for your sell. That the Dow failed it's class 1 sell is bullish, if I understand your system.

Best Wishes,

Bob

Donald; My new DVI is looking poorly in spite of the rise in the
indexes, Friday had a good run up but on 89% normal volume
I shorted the QQQ on the close.
Today on the early spike I doubled my short, and covered
at 3:15. Today the DVI volume was 78% of normal.
Rising indexes on low volume don't cut it.
I see HWP earnings came in 5 cent above , yet she started trading
down after hours.
----------------------
I'm of the mind that market makers can push up prices on low
volume, and we may get another squirt up in the morning.
But something is not right. The DVI is not confirming this
rally at this time, there was heavy buying on the 5th and
11th , but other than that it's been light.
Them buyers may decide to take profits any time.
-----------------
I'm cash now , except for a bond fund..
My QQQ short was a tight play but I wiggled a profit out of it.

I was very slightly for the upside in the near term,
( even though I went short TAHT was just for very short term
scalp as the market went up too fast.)
But I'm not in favor of the upside now, if anything I see some
more down side..& people looking to sell into rallies.
It's all so IFFY that I'm just making very short term bets.
