re: definitions- are these roughly close?
TGNT - "on net with fixed wireless"
WCII - "on net"

TGNT - "on net"
WCII - "on switch"

TGNT - "base station"
WCII - "hub"

Regarding roof rights Roof rights - Is WinStar still report roof rights as those roofs that they expect to have on net in the near future (the 5500 bldg)vs. the total number of buildings that they have rights to? From just the press releases (2nd quarter) I counted 875 roofs (Parkway 52 bldg, Cresent 22 bldg, Highwoods 700 bldg, Great Lakes 11 bldg, Equity Office 90 bldg - While WinStar merely reported that they got MORE than 700 roof rights).
Teligent reports roof rights of 4252 buildings an increase of 1100 buildings between 1st and 2nd quarter. I don't know how that compares to the way Winstar reports.
