Interesting conjecture Ram, thanks. Thanks also to the combined efforts of the thread(including Larry). I think we're at 2nd base and beyond in understanding events. The hard work of many over the months is paying off.

You make some good points, Ram. Some of us, certainly myself, had thought we'd see some very large PO's right from the start, but Lev pointed out that he expects OEM's to ramp up their orders as they gain experience with the product. It is not a bad thing, and frequent PO announcements, even if smaller in size, may keep the stock on a nice upward path.

As for the $18 million from Hanil, my impression was that it represents mainly laminate sales, but Lev did say they may act as a second source to Hanil's customers and provide actual cells while Hanil is bringing their operation up to speed. But I wonder, does the $18 million include the shared profits from Hanil's own sales as well?

Regards,

- T -

Ram,

Don't forget that VLNC shares 50% of Hanil's profit in addition to the revenue VLNC gets for selling Hanil laminate. So, basing profit on revenues to Hanil is not the whole picture. Right, Larry ?
