Republicans are their own worst enemies. They haven't realized that Clinton's true legacy is turning politics into a PR propaganda game. Every day, the spin matters more than the policy. Dems know this and are able to isolate the public's attention on single issues of the day. Tobacco, guns, social security, church burnings, you name it. The repubs, with many more important issues, cannot get a headline above the fold. When Newt Gingrich's divorce is met with more alarm than the Chinese spy scandal, the republican party's first call should be to a public relations agency.
