I didn't say I placed any 'value' on the shares. But John just responded about Teachdaq: Teachdaq was acquired with stock . . . It must have some value if it is being used to acquire companies. So how many shares do you figure Teachdaq cost? How many did Faustino Pugliese get? How many did Limbaldi Holdings get? Oh that's right they don't have to tell anybody until March 2000 to avoid delisting. In fact they may just decide to not ever really file and just be delisted. Heck, the insiders could quietly short all those shares and just wait until next year and cover with their own shares. That could be a sweet outcome for them if they already know there is no value to their business.
