"find people with no computer skills." So what you're accusing the company of doing is intentionally seeking out the uninformed? "for those not familiar with Windows" IMHO if they don't even know windows then they have no business trying this business. But at least they offer it for the people that want it. "If they fail, then train them again until they do pass. (Ooops, there goes another 4 weeks of training at no cost.)" Some places would charge again so that's not bad j. Is it the company's fault if they fail?Maybe the intended client just shouldn't be doing it?
