What do you mean misleading- Any normal person after reading that news release nine or ten times should have understood it. I understood it after only reading it seven times and I am not very bright. I think that they got president clinton to write it for them.

AT least they filed their form 10. All the remains for them to be relisted now is for it to be reviewed. They have also brought in two guys who have impressive track records to manage the company. Although the press release issued the day they were delisted wasn't perfectly understandable in a quick glance, after re-reading it I understood they had been delisted. On other fronts, their technology looks pretty good... I've been playing with Visual WebTools lately, as well as playing with what Yahoo! Store offers. I think PWEB definitely has the potential to do something if they have the capital and the "umph". :-) -John
