hi eric,

your item #2 is happening with regularity in classic also. it's like you have to be a "post jockey" and execute all these intricate maneuvers and put in place all of these workarounds just to get a message posted. often, after repeated failed attempts, i copy the message to a word file (i even named it 'unsent SI posts'!) and back out of the thread and come back and try again.

it has become less of an enjoyable past time for me. imo, the problems with classic are directly related to the beta launch, and the whole process has just worn a lot of people out. and i'm speaking here of members, not SI employees. i have no desire to hear how hard the engineers are working or how much sleep they're missing. as far as i'm concerned, they could've/should've left everything alone and they could be resting comfortably as we speak.

:)

(happy but not with SI)

Eric,

The first item (clearing inbox when viewing 10 messages) is turning out to be a lot tougher than it sounds. It's related to a similar issue which is that we can't marke messages as visited links, unless you actually visit them one at a time. In short, we *are* working on it.

The second issue seems rather odd, i.e. we've not been getting similar reports. Can you provide me with some additional details on what you're experiencing. Perhaps even the URL where you're seeing the errors. Probably easiest if you PM me the details.

Thanks,

Bryan
