Hey, when has T Cataldo lied to me? And where publicly has he stated for the record ( other than hearsay on another thread) that he has any education???? Who cares! If the guy collects / studies "elephant turds" on his off time, it's none of my business! As long as he makes the stock go up and does his job. Thats my only concern as a stock holder. How are you going to progress the company to a higher plane of profitability using the money I invested.! MHO.

Questions about the personal integrity of the CEO of a non-reporting (non-US SEC reporting) company are quite relevant. 10-4 Unless you're real proud of standing among those who voted for professional clowns, like SLICK WILLY, the Resident Cigar Store Indian...!! Another pertinent question: When, and if, there is ever some income - who is the accounting/auditing firm that is going to INSURE that the money goes in the "..bank..", and not in the Director's sweetheart's bunk..??
