We all need to be blabbermouths here, so this thread makes it to the top of SI's "Hot" list, and therefore ... might attract some interesting thoughts from people who did not know this thread exists.

So, just to re-hash old thoughts - if Leap Wireless goes to the NextWave Bankruptcy administrator and says "We want that spectrum ! And, we will pay as much as those fat cats at Nextel. (And, we've been practicing bidding things up in price on the eBay website.)" then ... I am under the impression that with all things being equal except the size of the prospective purchaser of "spectrum," the decision should clearly go straight to Leap.

Right ?

Jon.
