ifly - there's always that question of people driven vs. software driven in terms of scalability...i agree that ifly using the web for transactions by agents is a good idea, despite its labor-intensiveness but beyond models a key issue they need to resovle i believe is branding, and ways to empower travelers more the more travelers benefit from ifly the more its brand means something, and that usually translates into higher usage, sales, growth
