Does anyone have any information on the lawsuit by the Lermans? MarketSpan only indicates that it is active and in Camden NJ, Federal Court. Does anyone know why Gordon was named? The importance would be if there is a true link to the disaster the Lerman's experienced and the management. Something more needs to be explained in order to put the suit in perspective. How can they blame Gordon for what a broker has done? Something missing here. TG

The distributors pay TSIG $1.50 in advance for each MusicCard inventoried. TSIG shoulders no expense costs for the distributors. I haven't noticed anyone hyping this company recently. Odd how you seem to think neutral is hyping. Looking to the future will become a more prevailent feature shortly though once the funding is complete. I know this is hyping to you since the only aspect of the company you desire to see is it's demise so your credibility can be somewhat restored. Since you do no DD, I would expect there to be no looking toward the possible success of any contract. If there is a better place to go for confirmations and projections of what might be happening with the company than the hands on management, let me know. Oh sorry, I already do that but additional ideas are always appreciated and considered.
