Why you want to deny the likelihood of there being a problem with Tony Cataldo's integrity over his educational claims is really fascinating.

That you would argue that there can be no problem, because the SEC didn't prosecute him is laughable. There are plenty of other priorities at the SEC besides punishing those that may have lied about their educational experience. The fact that there is no substantiation of his claimed academic achievement is a far more compelling case.

The claim that others have contacted Ohio State and Georgia Tech and found no records is far more compelling as well.

The fact that the man was replaced at SNTKY shortly after these allegations surfaced does nothing to discredit these allegations either. In all fairness, let me add that the blush was off the bloom by then as far as SNTKY's financial performance, so this is not strong corroboration by any means. But with his fast departure, I doubt the SEC would find any need for any action under the circumstances, given their limited resources and the magnitude of the problems they face.
