Would it be possible for all of the interested parties to submit fax copys of the protest letter to a single member and let that person courier the completed faxes to you for submission to the VSE/BCSC. I would volunteer to be the person that compiles the faxes and couriers it to you. Maybe you could post the letter on the thread provide a signature sections such as:

Full Name---Address------Signature---Shares Owned--- etc. obviously you would be in the best position to let us know what the information needed would be.

I think that this type of setup would get the signatures turned around in a couple of days after the letter was available. I have a semi-private fax machine that my secretary monitors very closely. We could establish a cutoff date and I would provide a summary and the supporting faxes to you. It would also allow anyone that read the thread to cast a vote if they so desired. I am sure there are alot of lurkers that would be interested but have not joined SI. This procedure would also give us an idea of how many shares were represented by the thread followers so Jacobs would know who he is ignoring. And it would also allow shareholders to be anonomous on the thread if they were worried about poisioning their relationship with Jacobs by voicing support for this initative

Let me know your thoughts.
