These are the stocks which were to be carried over after week 14 so 2 weeks have passed since I have updated it. This portfolio will now only be updated insofar as to remove stocks as they break below a significant uptrend line.
A new carryover portfolio will start from this week's project stocks.

The "new" SI does not seem to have an option to create a "public" portfolio. Anyone wishing to track these stocks for a volume supported move over Friday's close will have to get portfolio of them on their own.
