Corporate customers may also wish to have a unique look to their intranet or extranet - if so, the ability to customize the Yahoo interface will be important.

All I know is that its just getting too hard to staff all these IT requirements for almost every company except for the very biggest ones. Before KIS jumps in here, it isn't the stock market or anything like that that makes it difficult to hire... I think in the past 10 years the IT staffing requirements have increased about 10-fold due to increasing demands. Custom features are fine but at what cost? I am a big proponent of outsourcing virtually all corporate software requirements with the internet.

BTW once I worked at KLA tencor (a long time ago), and they had to upgrade the company email system. This entailed one guy walking around to every computer in the company and installing software on diskette. Give me a break! If companies don't want to use corporate my yahoo for mail and calendars, ok but whoever they use should have the webapps model I would think. BTW I wonder what the pricing model is for corporate my yahoo?
