I don't recall looking at it month to month or week to week at all.

I pretty much look at the intraday activity. The data is about a year old now, but last summer after working on historical data over a weekend it was apparent that that it's less than a 1 in 4 shot at having a day where the Lows or Highs were early and the opposite late.....

Most days have a Low or High in the middle of the day at some point. There are some traders who take a position early and forget about it (except for a Stop) and Close it out late. Obviously, they must have more important things to do.

But looking at data over a period of years it appears such an approach does not lend itself to maximizing Profits and minimizing Losses very well.

Of course we all have different personalities and whatever works and all that.....
