Can you guys (jhild / legalbeast) take it offline between you? We have a VERY important CC coming up tomorrow and EINI is up to 0.968 x 1.00 MVEE is up to 0.048 x 0.049 Both making strong moves upward. IMHO, Cataldo has a decent track record with SNTKY. Stock price moved from the $1-2 range to the $3-5 range until the core business couldn't hold. I don't know his responsibility their but you've GOT to have a good core business for the company to continue to grow. The result: TC has sucessfully run a Nasdaq, reporting company and knows how to do so. I believe MVEE has a strong CORE business to build on. AND, I would guess that TC thinks the same. My biggest question is WHY MVEE shareholders should give 50% of the company to EINI?? I am NOT saying it's the wrong thing to do, but it sure doesn't look like a merger of equals to me. Nevertheless, I do NOT know how to account for the INTERNET factor and where the growth may come from AND I do think having Hadid on our team could be a VERY positive addition. best to all MVEE longs, later, leroyt

I have not dismissed anything but you. It is commonly known that bashers on many threads make false claims under other names only to refer to them later. For all I know and all that you have presented, you have done it here. The burden of proof is on you.
