JeffO, You probably have a good thought there. I feel quite certain within 5-10 years ALL content will be provided over the internet, i.e. movies, "TV shows", sports, today's internet, shopping, etc. SO, establishing a company like MVEE in the internet community may make A LOT of sense.

I'd FULLY agree with you on the stock swap (I'd like to see EINI with 25-35% of the joint company) rather than 50% which is what your numbers imply. On the other hand, the INTERNET has a LOT to offer and Hadid may be a good person to partner with.

Question for CC: There was a $5.5 million LOC provided to EINI. Was that issued by a Hadid company? (I understand it was). Has the $$ been used (taken into EINI accounts) by EINI? Are all the shares associated with this LOC been issued? (I don't want to see another 10 million shares of the new company show up in 12 months going to the lender to the hands and even LESS of the company to we long-term shareholders).

FINALLY, I don't want to hear an explanation for the merger based upon the near-term share price because that benefit could evaporate in ONE DAY. Why are EINI and MVEE considered EQUALS in this transaction???

TIA and later, leroyt
