9.8 million is what I originally assumed CNBC meant, but they did repeat the story this morning and again in the afternoon.

Glad to have the official word.

Not a bad deal for getting fired.

The most puzzling aspect of the deal was that CPQ prohibited 5fer from joining up with the competition...the way he ran CPQ I would have thought Rosen might have encouraged him to join the competition.
